A court judgement in favour of a client was gained to have a debtor pay charges on loans and the exchange rate difference for the total period of delayed payment.  

A Ukrainian failed to deliver a client goods under contract totaled 25 million RUR. A claim made by the attorney to have the Ukrainian company pay liabilities in favour of the client was satisfied in full.

The attorney successfully defended a company director from claims on part of customs authorities. The client was declared not guilty, thus avoided penalty of 1,200,000 UAH.

The attorney provided legal help to a Moldovan company regarding debts to be recovered by a Ukrainian private entrepreneur for breach of his obligations of goods delivery. The private entrepreneur was ordered by court to pay his debts.  

A claim was satisfied by court regarding an interpretation of contract provisions. It made the opposing party agree to an amicable agreement. As a result, the amount claimed from the client was decreased by 64,957.66 UAH.

An attorney did a thorough job, thanks to which his client - the insurance company was able to receive the full amount of recourse claims from the perpetrator of the road accident in their account.

Thanks to the work done by the attorney, the client successfully carried out a complete change of the company's management.

Appeal attempts against the results of the meeting of shareholders by the former CEO were to no avail.

Thanks to the work done by the attorney, company managed to exclude members, which hindered the achievement of the objectives of the Limited Liability Company, without their consent.

Right strategy chosen by the attorney allowed to return clients’ funds, which were transferred to the organizers of a public bidding, in full. According to a court order, funds shall be returned by recovery from the Main Department of Justice.

Representing a client at courts of appeal, the attorney managed to considerably diminish the amount of fine imposed by Ukraine court of primary jurisdiction.

A claim was satisfied in full regarding recovery of costs unreasonably demanded by a city council for maintenance works provided to a client. 

The attorney protected client’s interests and prevented the client’s house from being arrested and the client from being evicted.
