The specialists of our law firm were able to recover the debt under a loan agreement and the inflation rate for the entire period of delay of a monetary obligation.

The prosecutor filed a civil action to our client "on behalf of" the minor child (actually in the interests of the mother, with whom the child lived)

The Court found the requirements of the lawyer was reasonable and ruled in favor of our client.

Our Client - a legal entity - the company asked our Law firm to help to collect arrears which appeared according to supply agreement with the contractor as a result of late payment of the invoices of the product.

Thanks to the professionalism of counsel, our clients were able to recover the debt under the supply agreement before the end of judicial proceedings.

The victim in a traffic accident addressed to our law firm. He asked us to sue the material and moral damages in a road accident to the perpetrator of the accident. The insurance company refused to do the compensation of damages in the accident.

The complications were compounded by the fact that the perpetrator has violated the procedure of notifying the insurance company and the validity of his insurance policy was doubted.

The accusations of corruption against our client were recognized groundless by court.
