Invalidation of the general meeting of company decisions

In the process of defending the rights and interests of the Client, the lawyer was able to prove the invalidity of the General Meeting decisions and  that the participants of Ltd violate the essential terms of order and decision-making by the general meeting of society.

Cancellation of the obligation in registration of the vehicle

The lawyer failed to appeal and cancel the decision, which entailed the cancellation of registration of the vehicle of our Client. The appellate court agreed with the appellate complaint to a lawyer and canceled the decision of the trial court.

Cancellation of penalty for consumption excess electricity

We won the court with power supply companies on the abolition of the penalty for exceeding the using limits of electricity. Thanks to considerable efforts and perseverance of the lawyer, the decision of both courts were abolished and the case was referred for a new trial in a local court.
