Farming is one of the most widespread forms of entrepreneurship in the agrarian sector, as this legal form of entrepreneurship has several advantages:

Firstly, members of the farm are entitled to obtain the land and arrange housing in the part of the land allocated for farming.

Secondly, every able-bodied citizen of Ukraine who has reached the age of 18 and has expressed a desire to create a farm can create a farm.

Thirdly, one or more Ukrainian citizens who are relatives or family members may be established on the farm in accordance with Ukrainian law.

And this is not a complete list of benefits that the farm has compared to other types of organizational and legal forms for conducting economic activity in the agricultural sector.

FOR FARM'S REGISTRATION YOU NEED:

 1) DECIDE WITH:

• location of the farm;
• name of the farm;
• types of activities;
• the manner of formation and the size of the compounded capital, as well as the ratio of the shares of all members of the farm.

2) Provide us with the following information:

• the passport data and place of residence of the founder (s) of the farm;
• the Tax ID number of the founder (founders) of the farm;
• a copy of the document certifying the right of the founder to the land plot for farming.

 After receiving the information and all the necessary documents, our lawyers will complete the registration of the farm in the shortest possible time. In this case, the personal presence of participants (founders) is usually only required twice: at the first meeting to agree on the basic nuances of registration and when signing the statutory documents and power of attorney from a notary.

Individual farms have the right to receive ownership of land plots of agricultural and other purposes from state- or communally-owned lands, and also to acquire them in accordance with civil-law agreements.

Citizens carrying on individual farming have the right to use land plots of lands of agricultural purpose on a lease basis.

The size of land plots owned or leased by individual farms is not limited.

The land plot of an individual farm may be composed of: a) A land plot owned by the individual farm as a legal entity; b) land plots owned privately by citizens who are members of the individual farm; c) A land plot that the individual farm leases.
