After the completion of trials in all three instances in favour of the client, the attorney had to defend his rights at the stage of execution of the judgment. As a result, the court declared the ruling of executive service on closing enforcement proceedings invalid. Thus, a lawyer will pursue full implementation of the decision of the court for the client.
