Bankruptcy during martial law in Ukraine.

During the war in Ukraine, as of May 5, 2022, 65 bankruptcy cases were opened, including 35 cases against individuals.

During this period, 57 debtors were declared bankrupt, of which 36 are legal entities, and 21 are individuals. And for one of the debtors, the rehabilitation procedure began.

Thus, during the hostilities, bankruptcy cases continue to be considered, where possible.
